Harmony Day
Harmony Day is more than just a celebration, it’s a reflection of who we are. Today, our community came together to honour the rich tapestry of cultures that make our school vibrant and inclusive.
Guided by one of our College’s Strategic Pillars, ‘Wellbeing through Belonging,’ the day was a heartfelt reminder of the deep connections that unite us. From the moment the Harmony Day Assembly began, the spirit of appreciation for diversity filled the room.
The Procession of Nations was a true highlight, as students proudly carried the flags of many cultural heritages, symbolising the unity that strengthens our community. The energy of the assembly was brought to life with dynamic dance and musical performances, showcasing the artistic traditions of our students. Thoughtful reflections from both students and staff further reinforced the importance of understanding and embracing our differences.
Our 2025 theme, Be Fearless - Illuminate the Sky, encourages us to embrace our individuality with courage and to uplift one another with kindness and respect. Harmony Day embodied these values, reminding us that by standing together, we shine even brighter.
As Year 7 student Lucas Zhuang beautifully shared, “Even though I am far from home, Clayfield still makes me feel at home.” His words capture the heart of our College, a place where every student is valued, supported, and celebrated.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Harmony Day so special. Together, we continue to build a community where everyone belongs.
